Driven by a lifelong passion for technology, I was introduced to computers at an early age through the guidance of my father, a fellow IT professional. This early exposure fostered a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving, which naturally evolved into a career in the tech industry.
At 20, I began working at a software company, where I developed a solid foundation in customer service while delivering technical support. Over time, my technical proficiency and leadership skills were recognized, eventually leading me to oversee the company’s IT department.
